CRASH DCUC
DCUC is partnering with The Cooperative Trust to bring Crash DCUC to the 2026 Annual Conference in Aventura, FL. Selected Crashers will join credit union executives, advocates, and industry leaders for an immersive conference experience built around learning, connection, leadership development, and service.
Crashers will gain access to DCUC’s Annual Conference, participate in exclusive Crash sessions, build relationships across the credit union movement, and take part in DCUC’s Conference with a Purpose charity initiative.
WHAT IS A CRASHER?
Crashers are rising stars (40 & under, or “40 at heart”) in cooperative and community finance who are selected to attend DCUC’s Annual Conference at no cost, with exclusive programming designed to accelerate your leadership and spark your next big idea.

WHAT IS THE COOPERATIVE TRUST?
The Cooperative Trust, a community by Filene Research Institute, is built for ambitious credit union professionals who are ready to grow. Crash events are high-energy, career-defining experiences that mix peer connection with real professional development, including “Crash sessions” where industry mentors lead candid conversations on leadership, innovation, social responsibility, and what’s next for the movement.
