CONFERENCE CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY​
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to Cindy Parker, CMP, at cparker@dcuc.org by Friday, June 27, 2025. Cancellation requests received by Friday, June 27, 2025, will be processed minus a $275 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the meeting. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refunds after Friday, June 27, 2025, and NO REFUNDS for no-shows. Fees cannot be carried over to future DCUC events, meetings, conferences, or webinars.
Substitutions are welcome at any time for the conference.
Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel rooms and incurring any cancellation fees from hotel, airlines, and rental cars.
By submitting the registration form, you agree to this cancellation/substitution policy.

Join us in Palm Desert, Monday, July 28th at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa on the Palm Course, 18 holes Par 72, for the 2025 Annual VADM Vincent Lascara Golf Tournament. Our DCUC tradition of great times and fun golf, plus a chance to help support our conference charity,
Fisher House, is a winning combination!
True to Ted Robinson’s signature style, the Palm Course is complemented by sprawling water features and rolling greens. While challenging approaches can be found at every turn, perhaps the most picturesque holes round out the back nine. Find Flamingo Island near the 16th tee box, aptly named for the famous resident JW Pink Flamingos that nest nearby. Hole 17 offers a scenic, but difficult water hazard. Finish the round on the challenging water-lined 18th fairway.

This year, in keeping with our goal to support our service members, veterans, and their families in their time of need, the recipient of our fundraising efforts will be USA Cares.
USA Cares mission is to provide military veterans, service members, and their families with emergency financial assistance and post-service skills training to create a foundation for long-term stability. Our services improve the quality of life for veterans and their families and reduce potential factors that can contribute to veteran suicide.
